I’m Christine, 28, living in downtown Indianapolis, IN. I love cats and I’m probably addicted to hot yoga. I watch too much Netflix and I eat dessert every day. I like writing, reading, running, watching movies and spending time with friends. I’m terribly introverted (INFJ) and I think my favorite foods are Greek yogurt and popcorn.
I lost about 100 pounds, developed not-so-healthy eating habits in the process and am now learning to be an intuitive eater. I’m fed up with this society that champions “healthy” foods like kale, and incites guilt and shame for consuming “unhealthy” foods like cookies or cake. Food is neither good nor bad. Food has no moral quality.
Let’s forget everything we’ve been taught about what we should and shouldn’t eat, and let’s learn to listen to what our bodies want.
